Our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Karachi includes both physical and theory based learning:

• Asana practice
• Breathwork and meditation
• Yoga philosophy
• Anatomy
• Training techniques
• Teaching practice

A space to deepen your own practice and learn how to guide others.

This is a certified course in the Yoga Alliance and you will receive a 200 hr YTT certificate!

Classes this year begin on the 5th of January!

Mirroring elements from my own practices and goals, this year we will focus on building skills over and over again. By the end of the year, your practice will look incredibly different! Focused steps, bite-sized drills and a new set of poses we haven’t practiced in a good minute. See you on the mat yogis!
