SUKOON 1.0 is the upcoming event of The Leaders Club at Marina Club, Karachi to conduct a self-realization experiment in the sea. We know that among us there are people who want different experiences in life, who don’t set their minds just to have fun by wasting time.

We live in a world where we are facing a lot of mental and focus challenges, people can not stick to a single idea and focus on it, in 1.0 Samad Abbas will be discussing about the "Idea of One Thing", how can we manage our lifestyle as compare to others, what are the tehniques of time planning & management and how it can make us focus on one thing!
