A message to anyone contemplating starting their fitness journey: Be willing to take the criticism, take the hits, hear the haters, and fall down over and over again. No matter how hard you try to please everyone, avoid mistakes or how much good you do, there's no escape from these kind of trials & tribulations. Once you learn to embrace failure & pain head on, you'll see the most success. This is something I battle with every day. 🙏🏻
