پنجاب کالونی اسپورٹس گراونڈ میں عدالتی حکم کے باوجود کلفٹن کنٹونمنٹ بورڈ کی جانب سے کچرہ کنڈی کی تعمیر جاری تھی جس پر آج سندھ ہائیکورٹ میں بیرسٹر عتیق الرحمان نیازی سمیع نیازی ایڈوکیٹ کی سی ای او کلفٹن کنٹونمنٹ بورڈ اور عوامی نمائندے وائس پریذیڈنٹ نجیب ولی کے خلاف توہین عدالت کی درخواست کی سنوائی تھی جس پر معزز جج صاحبان نے اس غیر قانونی کام پر کلفٹن کنٹونمنٹ بورڈ سے پندرہ دنوں میں جواب طلب کرلیا

Despite court orders, construction of a garbage dumping site continued at Punjab Colony Sports Ground by the Clifton Cantonment Board.

Today, a hearing was held at the Sindh High Court on a contempt of court petition filed by Barrister Atiq-ur-Rehman Niazi and Advocate Samee Niazi against the CEO of Clifton Cantonment Board and public representative Vice President Najeeb Wali.

The honorable judges took serious notice of this illegal activity and directed the Clifton Cantonment Board to submit its response within 15 days.
