t exercises to reach their fitness goals. We also offer Trampolining workouts *Boogie Bounce* a UK franchise, Aerial, Power and Hatha Yoga, Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, Kickboxing, Personal Training and run bootcamp sessions through the year.
