Islamabad AFL Association Elections: Saeed Ullah Jan Marwat Elected President
Islamabad: Elections of Islamabad AFL Association were held in Islamabad in which Saeed Ullah Jan Marwat was elected as President. The General House unanimously elected the office bearers for the next four-year term.
Among other association members, Fida Hussain was elected as Senior Vice President, while Dr. Shania Shafi, Irfan Bhatti, and Naveed Gulzar were elected as Vice Presidents. Atif Hussain was elected as Secretary General. Other office bearers include Wajid Hussain as Associate Secretary, Gulam Hussain as Associate Secretary, Hina Arooj as Finance Secretary, Jahnzaib Khan as Joint Secretary, and Taseer Ali as Publicity Secretary, while Nadia Zafar, Irfan Khan, and Hajra Shakeel were elected as Executive Members.
On this occasion, President Saeed Ullah Jan Marwat expressed his determination to play a dedicated and sincere role in the development and promotion of AFL in Islamabad. He further stated that a National Women Event will soon be organized for the promotion of AFL in Islamabad.
President Pakistan AFL Sardar Tariq Mahmood and Secretary General AFL Chaudhry Zulfiqar Ali also congratulated the newly elected cabinet and Saeed Ullah Jan Marwat on winning the election.
