Feel Safe We teach defensive and offensive techniques enabling people to FEEL SAFE. Help may take precious time to arrive and by then it might be too late.

'Feel Safe' started out as a trained group people that felt it was their moral and social responsibility to teach responsible citizens, ladies and children different DEFENSIVE and OFFENSIVE techniques after: 8 women were stabbed by a psychiatric patient close to Lalazar, Rawalpindi during August 2016, hundreds of children were abducted in Punjab during 2016, the overall law and order situation de

teriorated in the country. We strongly believe that in most situations, YOU and YOU ALONE will be the first and the last line of defense for yourself (or a family member). Learn how to use your body as a lethal weapon to fend off an attack, or disarm and immobilize an attacker. We believe in making you FEEL SAFE! Call us for more details
