Whether you are looking to achieve your personal best, go for an easy park run, or have fallen off the fitness bandwagon and are looking to get back on track, you can join here the community of like-minded athlete

Another dominant performance by Team IRC at the Margalla Hills Half Marathon! 💪🔥 The hills tested endurance, strength, and grit and IRC rose to the challenge with outstanding results across categories.
🏆 Mubariz stormed to 1st place in the 5K category.
🥈 Idrees followed with a strong 2nd place in the 5K, showing true consistency.
🥈 Muzammil powered through the tough Half Marathon course to secure 2nd place, a testament to resilience and determination
