Farewell to Headmaster Mutahir Shah
On 25th August 2026, Diamond Jubilee High School, Zood Khun Sh*tmerg, held a farewell gathering to honor Headmaster Mutahir Shah for his dedicated service and valuable contributions to the school and community.
Mr. Mutahir Shah began his teaching career in 2022 with the Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan (AKESP). In September 2024, at the age of 29, he took charge as Headmaster of Diamond Jubilee High School, Zood Khun Sh*tmerg.
During his tenure, he played a key role in the school’s academic progress. Despite the challenges of the recent earthquake, the school achieved 100% results in Grade 10 and 60% in SSC-I under his leadership.
In his farewell speech, he thanked the staff, students, parents, and communities from Ispenj to Zood Khun for their support. He shared that Zood Khun had become his “second home” and that he would always cherish the four years he spent here.
His presence will be deeply missed at the school. The entire community feels the void that his departure leaves behind.

Mr. Mutahir Shah is now moving on to serve in the government sector.

الوداع ہیڈ ماسٹر مطہر شاہ
25 اگست 2026 کو ڈائمنڈ جوبلی ہائی اسکول، زودخون شٹمرگ نے ہیڈ ماسٹر جناب مطہر شاہ کے اعزاز میں ایک پُروقار الوداعی تقریب کا انعقاد کیا۔ اس تقریب میں ان کی اسکول اور کمیونٹی کے لیے مخلصانہ خدمات اور قیمتی تعاون کو سراہا گیا۔
جناب مطہر شاہ نے 2022 میں آغا خان ایجوکیشن سروس، پاکستان (AKESP) کے ساتھ بطور استاد اپنے تدریسی سفر کا آغاز کیا۔ ستمبر 2024 میں 29 سال کی عمر میں انہوں نے ڈائمنڈ جوبلی ہائی اسکول زودخون شٹمرگ کے ہیڈ ماسٹر کی ذمہ داری سنبھالی۔
اپنے دور میں انہوں نے اسکول کی تعلیمی ترقی میں اہم کردار ادا کیا۔ حالیہ زلزلے کے باوجود، ان کی قیادت میں اسکول نے جماعت دہم میں 100% اور SSC-I میں 60% شاندار نتائج حاصل کیے۔
اپنی الوداعی تقریب میں انہوں نے اساتذہ، غیر تدریسی عملہ، طلبہ، والدین اور اسپنج سے زودخون تک تمام کمیونٹیز کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ زودخون ان کا "دوسرا گھر" بن گیا ہے اور یہاں گزارے گئے چار سال ہمیشہ یاد رہیں گے۔
اسکول میں سر مطہر شاہ کی کمی محسوس ہوگی۔ پوری کمیونٹی ان کی جدائی کا خلا محسوس کرے گی۔*

اب جناب مطہر شاہ حکومتی شعبے میں اپنی نئی ذمہ داریاں سنبھالنے جا رہے ہیں۔
زودخون کی کمیونٹی ان کی قیادت اور خدمات پر دلی شکریہ ادا کرتی ہے۔
ہم دعا گو ہیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ انہیں ان کے نئے عہدے میں بے شمار کامیابیاں، صحت، عزت اور ترقی عطا فرمائے، اور ان کے مستقبل کو امن و خوشحالی سے بھر دے۔ آمین۔
ہم ان کے روشن اور کامیاب مستقبل کے لیے نیک خواہشات کا اظہار کرتے ہیں۔
