گلہار کالونی کمیونٹی سوشل میڈیا ٹیم کا اہم اعلان:

بزرگوں کی رہنمائی اور ہدایات کے بعد، گلہار کمیونٹی کی سوشل میڈیا ٹیم نے فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ ہم اب اپنے آل پاکستان رمضان فٹسال ٹورنامنٹ کے بارے میں مزید کوئی پوسٹ یا تبصرہ نہیں کریں گے۔

یہ ٹورنامنٹ، جس کا انعقاد سردار برہان عقیل نے کیا تھا، بڑے شاندار اور کامیاب انداز میں مکمل ہوا۔ فائنل کے روز کچھ عناصر نے کھیل کے ماحول کو خراب کرنے اور انتشار پھیلانے کی کوشش کی، لیکن الحمدللہ، وہ بے نقاب ہو چکے ہیں، اور ان کے چہرے سب کے سامنے آ گئے ہیں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ کے کرم سے ہم سرخرو ہوئے اور اپنی عزت برقرار رکھی۔ آج بھی پاکستان بھر سے کھیل کو سمجھنے والے ہمیں مبارکباد دے رہے ہیں کہ ہم نے ایک معیاری اور شاندار ایونٹ کا انعقاد کیا۔

تاہم، اب ہم نے یہ فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ اس ٹورنامنٹ کے حوالے سے کسی بھی پوسٹ پر کوئی ردعمل نہیں دیا جائے گا۔ ہماری ٹیم کا کوئی بھی ممبر اس بارے میں نہ کوئی پوسٹ کرے گا اور نہ کسی پوسٹ پر تبصرہ کرے گا۔

ہماری توجہ اب آگے کے مثبت اقدامات اور نئے اہداف پر ہوگی۔ آپ سب کی حمایت اور محبت کا شکریہ!

Below are the key FIFA futsal penalty rules regarding the goalkeeper’s role during a penalty shoot-out:

1. Positioning on the Goal Line

Starting Position: The goalkeeper must be positioned on the goal line between the goalposts when the penalty taker is preparing to kick.

Feet on the Line: Both feet must remain in contact with (or behind) the goal line until the penalty kick is taken.

2. Movement Restrictions

Lateral Movement Allowed: The goalkeeper is allowed to move side-to-side along the goal line.

No Forward Movement: They cannot step or move forward off the goal line until after the penalty taker has kicked the ball. There isn’t a specified “step count” for moving forward; rather, any forward movement before the kick is considered a breach of the rules.

Timing: Only after the penalty kick has been taken may the goalkeeper initiate movement in an attempt to save the shot.
