The main ingredient for this round is Nutella and it will be provided by the school and all other ingredients required must be brought by the participants. The time for this round will be 1 hour and 30 minutes.The participants qualified for the 3rd Round of Masterchef are:

The Recipe for round 1 for the the participants of Masterchef
Steak ( Tarragon Chicken )
Ingredients:
FOR STEAK:
• Breast chicken (hammered)
• Salt 1/2 teaspoon
• Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
• Wooster sauce 1 teaspoon
• Mustard sauce 2 teaspoon
• Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
• Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
• Rose Mery 1/2teaspoon
• Steak sauce 2tablespoon
FOR TARRAGON SAUCE:
• Butter 1tablespoon
• Cornflour 1teaspoon
• White vinegar 1tablespoon
• Water 1/4cup
• Cream 4tablespoon
• Dried tarragon/ oregano1 teaspoon
*Add some milk (3/4 cup)

PROCEDURE:
FOR STEAK
-Marinade chicken in all the ingredients given for Steak and keep a side for 30 minutes. Heat the grill and spray some olive on it. Grill the chicken on the grill pan on high flame.
*Do not change the side till one properly cooked.
FOR CREAMY TARRAGON SAUCE
In a pan, heat butter, add sliced mushrooms, cornflour, white vinegar, cream, salt, black pepper, dried tarragon/oregano and cook it nicely until it becomes thick.
ADD HALF CREAMY TARRAGON SAUCE AND SERVE IT WITH VEGETABLES/ MASHED POTATO (optional
