*For the first game please come early we have to start the game as early as possible due to blackout rotation for us to finish all games.

-Radtech staff/volunteer that are currently working in a Hospital or Clinic

PAYMENT
Entrance fee: P1500
You can pay it full or at least P1000 for the initial payment followed by a minimum of P100 per game(first 5 games only) failure to pay the said amount will automatically default your game.

-Deadline for the submission of your lineup same with the entrance fee will be on Feb 11,2015. Kindly post your lineup here or drop by at the Estacio clinic near Budget WIse and look for Sir Mat. For any comment and suggestion feel free to ask. Thank you!
