Surf4Ezra SURF4EZRA is a non-profit organization (founded by his High School batchmates and friends) dedicated to continue the advocacies of Ezra 'Tisoi' Efondo.

What he started will continue and be passed on for generations. We are dedicated to continue the advocacies of EZRA on helping Puraran local surfers, the local community, and boost tourism of Catanduanes.
