📅 NEW SCHEDULE: August 16, 2026.

This change has been made to better accommodate the event's preparations and ensure a more organized and enjoyable tournament for everyone.

The City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) – Youth Welfare Unit, in partnership with Plan International Pilipinas and Valenzuela City Technological College (VCTC), proudly invites qualified Out-of-School Youth (OSY) and unemployed residents of Valenzuela City to become part of the Youth RISE Project.

The Youth RISE Project aims to empower young people by providing free technical skills training, life skills development, and training allowance to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to secure sustainable employment or start future livelihood opportunities.
