ATTENTION TO ALL ASPIRING KARATE DO ATHLETES,
ITS YOUR TIME TO BE PART OF KARATE DO MOVEMENT.

What to wear?
-White roundneck shirt (plain, if possible)
-Jogging pants (any color)

-Bring towel, water and etra shirt.
-Ponytail for girls especially with those long hair.
-No jewelries (earrings, bracelet, necklace, anklet)
-Parent's consent
