Strengthening Partnerships, Empowering Communities

The Philippine College Foundation Incorporated (PCFI) officially sealed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Pag-Asa Youth Organization of the Philippines (PYAP) Valencia Chapter and the Tiba-o Young Redeemers Organization (TYRO) on April 13, 2026, at the PCFI Campus.

This significant collaboration marks a shared commitment to fostering youth empowerment, leadership development, community engagement, and sustainable extension initiatives.
