We apologized and sincerely regret to inform you that our gym - GNB Tuguegarao will stop operation/ GYM Closure until further Notice, due to ongoing financial obligations. We wanted to be transparent as all members including staff deserve to know what had happened.
Reasons behind our closure which the GNB Management failed to addressed.
1. Unpaid rent - GNB Management directly pays the building owner. However staff received an email from the building owner today, unaware of the unpaid rents.
2. Unpaid utility bills such as Electricity, water and internet.
3. Unpaid and delayed Staff salaries and Staff Commission
MYL Building inform us to closed the gym effective on June 6. We are left with no choice but to close the gym after the said date.
Despite continuous effort to follow up the PSP Management.
Promises were made to receive all financial obligations last May 30, 2025 unfortunately, that payment was not received without clear information.
All staff under GNB Tuguegarao are committed to deliver excellent customer service but we are only workers. 😢
We come to a difficult situation where everyone is not ready. From all our members we sincerely apologize for this announcement.
