SUBJECT: Postponement of BACS Meet 2025 and Class Resumption Advisory
Dear School Directors, School Heads, Teachers, and Members of the BACS Community,
This is to formally inform everyone that the BACS Meet 2025, originally scheduled on November 7โ10, 2025, is hereby postponed to November 14-17, 2025.
The postponement was reached after consultation with the host Local Government Unit of Dimiao and the host school, St. Nicholas Academy of Dimiao, due to the following reasons:
1. The Municipality of Dimiao is not yet ready to host the event as they are still engaged in post-typhoon preparations and safety assessments; and
2. As a preventive safety measure in light of the forecasted weather disturbance this coming weekend as reported by PAG-ASA.
Furthermore, please be informed of the following directives:
โข All classes shall resume tomorrow, November 6, 2025.
โ Regular classes for non-athletes.
โ Modular learning for student-athletes currently preparing for the BACS Meet.
โข November 18, 2025 (Tuesday) shall be observed as a Rest Day for all participating schools after the BACS Meet.
Let us continue to uphold everyoneโs safety and well-being while keeping the spirit of hope and sportsmanship alive as we prepare for our rescheduled BACS Meet.
