Pastor, a former varsity member of the Ateneo Men’s Judo Team turned amateur baker. Two years ago, on a lazy Sunday afternoon, he suddenly had the random idea of baking macaroons. After finding out that his first shot at baking wasn’t half-bad (and more importantly, edible), he decided that this could be the start of something big.
