STOTT PILATES is a globally recognized contemporary Pilates method known for its focus on safe, precise, and intelligent movement. Through this training, you’ll learn how to guide clients with proper alignment, core control, and a deeper understanding of the body.

While our studio break was originally scheduled until June 10, we’ll be opening select classes early from June 8–10 before a short pause again on June 12–13.

A few mornings of movement before our full return just felt right ☼
We’ll be fully back to regular schedules by June 15.
