Perfect weather for a morning at Lumphini Park.

We started with warm-up mobility, then kept things easy with a 30-minute shakeout run, recovery run, or relaxed walk. Some are recovering from yesterday’s race, while others are keeping the legs fresh for tomorrow.

Different plans, different paces, same community.
