WE DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY! 👀🔍

In the interest of those who also witnessed the✨️magical mistake and the ✍️controversies surrounding the announcement of the winners AND after NCC failed ❌️to serve its commitment made after the announcement to reach out to us and explain, we have no option but NOT to believe them anymore and laid out here our side of stories.

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED IN THE NATIONAL FINALS? We were DOUBLE KILLED 🔫🔪by the so-called BIGGEST Cheerleading Organization in the country.

✅️FIRST, after our performance, we were handed out the deduction sheet showing ZERO deduction SIGNED✍️ by a certain "pdn". I believe this is your Coach Paula D. Nunag. Photo attached. Then, just before the announcement began, we were called out and informed there was in fact a 90-point deduction. Surprise??? No, it's magic 🎩!

Mystery No.1️⃣: Why are the organizers not familiar with their own rules and forgot to deduct the 90 points upfront if they believe it's a legitimate deduction? Did you just realize you have rules in place later on? Or did someone just influence you and make you aware of your own rules? 🪄

✅️SECOND, after the roller coaster of chaos, the team remained silent 🤫 about it and decided to just accept the deductions and learn from it even if no one called out the violations during the run-through. Can you believe we were still announced as the 2nd Runner-up of Open COED L4 Advanced Division despite realizing their mistake no.1 above? The video clip 📹 is posted in the comment section as proof. Then, shortly after the announcement, Ms. Mica De Jesus approached our coaches informing us there was ANOTHER MISTAKE 🚫 and that they had to take the trophy🏆back. Terrible mistake for a national organization which has been organizing a national competition. Did they say 17 years? We heard this is a "tradition of mistakes" in your announcement/scoring system YEARLY.

Mystery No.2️⃣: We understand that mistakes happen. But how come this organization failed to put a layer of audit and validation before making an announcement? Where are your competencies in this area? If this is just a simple mistake for you like what you have been vocal about. We are still calling this out as this kind of incompetency must be addressed as it loses the confidence of our stakeholders [our local government officials, our coaches, cheerleaders, and supporters] in our sports.

Tarlac City Mayor Cristy Angeles, we take pride and honor in showing our skills on the national stage with your support and generosity. We will continue to defend and fight for our athletes.

We congratulate the winners of our division- 🏅UB Brahmans Pep Squad, 🥈UIC High Pep Squad, and 🥉Cavite Patriots Cheer All-Stars. It is unfortunate that some of your winning moments have been stolen because of the mistake made by the NCC's incompetencies on their so-called simple mistake.

CALLING OUT Cheer Pilipinas TO STEP IN THE ISSUE AND MAKE the National Cheerleading Championship ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE MISTAKE. Not because we need your trophy back and not necessarily because we plan to join again but we simply do not want another team to suffer from this "simple mistake" creating a tragic experience for our cheer athletes.

We join the MANY coaches and cheerleaders in its call to have a more reliable and organized competition and organizers with more integrity, credibility, and honesty.
We now understand why there are so many teams that have lost their trust in this organization.

Today, March 24, 2024, marks a very memorable milestone for Tarlac cheerleading community, the come back of Tarlac in the national cheerleading stage. We are immensely proud and honored to our three competing teams in their respective categories in the National Cheerleading Championship happening today at the PhilSports Arena.

Our first-ever Tarlac Cheer Fest Champions, the Corazon C. Aquino High School The Patriots for Senior COED Cheer;

Victoria national high school Hornets Pepsquad also for Senior COED Cheer;

and our very own, Tarlac Cheerleading Dream Squad for Open COED Level 4 Advanced.
