The University of Northwestern Mindanao joins the nation in commemorating ππππ’π¨π§ππ₯ πππ«π¨ππ¬ πππ², honoring the national heroes whose courage, sacrifices, and love for the country helped shape the Philippines we know today.
Beyond the pages of history, we also recognize the everyday heroes among usβteachers who educate, healthcare workers who care, farmers who provide, soldiers and first responders who protect, and countless Filipinos who serve their communities in ways both seen and unseen.
Their stories and sacrifices remind us that heroism lives not only in the past, but also in the everyday acts of service, compassion, and dedication that continue to strengthen our nation.
Today, we remember the heroes who came before us and honor those who continue to serve the country in their own meaningful ways.
