LIONS GYM TANDAG is now open!
please READ and understand our “NEW NORMAL” HOUSE RULES. It's time to get fit and healthy.

Operating Hours: Mon-Sat 6am to 6pm. We will accomodate 8 heads per time slot.

NO FACE MASK NO ENTRY if possible please bring your Face Shields, also everyone is advised to bring alcohol and gym towels while working out.

We would like to inform everyone that Lions Gym Tandag will be reopening under the “New Normal” on Aug. 19, 2020 (Wed), with a limited slot only, a restriction of 8 person at any given time. You may choose your preffered convenient time.

6am to 8am,
8am to 10am,
10am to 12nn,
12nn to 2pm,
2pm to 4pm,
4pm to 6pm,
