💙 A Promise Fulfilled, A Purpose Remembered 💙
When we first started planning the Talisay City Half-Marathon, we knew from the very beginning that it wouldn’t just be about running it would be about giving back. 🙏
Part of our mission has always been to extend help to those who need it most. And among them are our brave dialysis patients, who fight quiet battles every single day. Before making our donation, we personally asked them what they truly needed and their answer was simple, yet deeply moving: sacks of rice. 🍚
It reminded us that sometimes, the most meaningful help doesn’t come in grand gestures, but in small acts that ease someone’s daily struggles.
As promised, a portion of our run’s proceeds was allocated to support our dialysis patients, and today, we are humbled and grateful to finally make that promise a reality. ❤️
To all our runners, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters, thank you for being part of this cause. Every step you took, every registration made, every ounce of effort contributed all led to this moment of kindness and shared humanity. Because of you, many families will have food on their tables and hope in their hearts.
