To our dear clients,

We would like to inform you with a heavy heart that Kratos Fitness Gym is going out of business. We regret to tell you that it has become unfeasible for us to keep the business running in these difficult times. First, the pandemic and then the super typhoon Odette hit us. We tried to survive but unfortunately, this is the end for us.

Our last day of operation will be on March 5, 2022. We hope to see you on our last days.

We are very grateful for your love and loyalty throughout these years.

We are hoping and praying that we will all see better days ahead.

Who says going to the gym are for weight loss only? From thin to Thick story. Listed at 167cm in height and a BMI of 15.4 categorized as severely underweight.

"I grew up being body shamed practically my whole life because I was “too thin”. The negativity was all to heavy for me to handle. I tried all sorts of things just to gain weight but nothing seem to have worked.

One day, as I was drowning into my own self esteem and even my self worth, I decided to toughen up and bring all the criticisms with me to the gym. So I did, I endured all the workouts and diet plans. After awhile, seeing my progress motivated me to build and strengthen my body more.

With the help of my coaches and of course my Kratos family, I finally got to achieve what I was “longing” for all through these years. Thank you for everyone who kept pushing me to be my best every single time. I appreciate you all." -Amabelle Lim
