Last weekend’s freediving training and Discovery session were truly exceptional. JL and Maelle made impressive progress, each refining their technique as they dove together. Meanwhile, Thirdy, having already completed the Discovery session, focused on enhancing his skills. From a modest 4 meters on his first dive, he significantly improved, comfortably reaching 8 meters in both FIM and CWTB. Woohoo!!! 🎉 shawtawt ginalingaaaan🧜🏻‍♂️

Lois, a complete beginner who never thought she could even perform a duck dive or go underwater, amazed herself by completing her first duck dive and reaching 3 meters.🧜🏻‍♀️ cheers to more dives in the future !!! As an instructor, witnessing moments like these fills me with immense joy. It reminds me of when I was a beginner myself, and seeing my students calm, confident, and genuinely thrilled with their progress brings me more happiness than words can express.

Our Junior Freediver , Jillian had a blast assisting with our dives, capturing moments, and even diving herself during students’ surface intervals. (Safety kanunay)

Freediving has transformed my life in ways I never imagined, especially as a former non-swimmer. Initially, diving into the ocean seemed impossible, but over time, it reshaped my physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Physically, it has increased my strength, endurance, and flexibility, pushing me to surpass my limits and build my lung capacity.

Mentally, freediving has taught me the value of focus and stillness, helping me develop clarity and calm that I carry into everyday life.

Spiritually, it has connected me deeply to the ocean, offering a sense of peace and grounding, allowing me to trust my body and nature.

From non-swimmer to someone who embraces the water, freediving has been a powerful journey of self-discovery.

Boyle's Law can be demonstrated with a balloon underwater. As you increase the pressure by pushing the balloon deeper into the water, the volume of the balloon decreases. This happens because the pressure exerted by the water on the balloon compresses the air inside, reducing its volume. Conversely, if you bring the balloon closer to the surface where the pressure decreases, the volume of the balloon increases as the air inside expands.
