Thank you to the 15 couples who spent their early morning with us to show that 'LOB is in the air' for husband and wife.

May we always remember, 'We love because God first loved us.'

Whether you're stepping onto the court for a fast-paced rally or navigating the unexpected twists of everyday life, one thing is certain: games change, scores shift, and circumstances fluctuate.

"Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life." — Proverbs 4:23-24

The "TEA" principle reminds us: what you entertain in your mind leads to your emotion, and what you feel through your emotion leads to action. Our heart follows what our mind thinks. If we are led by God's Spirit, our action will definitely result in good works.

If we are not careful, and we are not led by the Spirit, our action will lead to destruction. Therefore, before we do anything else, whether it is work, school, or even playing pickleball, let us guard our hearts by the power of the Holy Spirit so that our words and actions will be out of love for God and for others. ❤️
