Absolutely!!!

I read this in a mountain bike forum. One buddy was talking to another, who was complaining about the cost of a new $3,000 mountain bike.

The man said to his friend "It sure is expensive, but it's cheaper than a heart bypass!"

I love that, I'm sure there's a backstory to go with it but the message for us all is that investing in your health and happiness is just that, an investment. Bikes get us out into the wilderness. They keep us healthy, both mentally and physically and they improve our quality of life.

That's money well spent if you ask me.

Arrived here at Derby Tasmania yesterday and now, the 1st of my 10days TrailHop’n Adventure. Just hoping to be able to complete as much trails as I can and cover a much longer km of the more than 200km of world class MTB trails.
