Discovered 2 new critical mfr spots tonight. Was poking around my left intercostals, and intuitively went over left ribcage just under inferior border of scapula, good circulation whoosh right after, and left shoulder now easier to elevate and protract :o
Then foudn another spot just left of T11/t12 ish, huge release even i didnt feel much, now right ribcage is elevating and whole ribcage floated posteriorly. Super cool. Ribcage also easier to rotate now esp towards the right. Look forward to seeing how i move tomorrow
Rolled out my legs 2 days ago, felt that it was needed. Good release, started sweating. Then poked into my abdominals which i also felt was needed.
