Running miles and putting in the strength work. 🏃‍♂️💪

Last Saturday, we teamed up with HYBRD for a morning built around becoming stronger, more durable runners, combining a solid run with strength & conditioning.

From the first kilometer to the final rep, it was all about putting in the work, pushing each other, and having a good time while we’re at it.

Big thank you to everyone who showed up and made the morning what it was. And of course, to our partners Ultra Electrolytes Wella Nutrition Shopleaf Plant Studio Our Little Cafe Flashpoint Sports Fuel for helping us make it extra special. 🤝

The full album from the day is up on our broadcast channel. Go check it out! 📸
