5am Gang North is back

Join us for a 50-minute easy run with Saucony this Saturday, September 5 at Oval Base, UP Diliman.

The event is open to all. Weโ€™ll have pace groups for all levels, including a run-walk group, so everyone can join at their own pace.

Weโ€™ll also have Saucony shoe trials, raffle prizes, free coffee and pastries until supplies last.

Wishing Graham, Bianca, and Ciolo the best as they take on the TCS Sydney Marathon! From all the training miles to race day, the work is done. Now itโ€™s time to enjoy the experience, trust the training, and take in every kilometer.

Here are some reminders for this Saturdayโ€™s 5AM Gang x Saucony x Oval Base Community Run ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Registration starts at 5:50 AM and the program begins at 6:10 AM at Oval Base, UP Diliman. Weโ€™ll have three pace groups, free coffee and snacks, a bag drop, and a chance to try Saucony shoes.

The event is free, but make sure to register by scanning the QR code or through the link in our IG bio for a chance to win in our post-run raffles.

Itโ€™s been a quieter August for the 5AM Gang with the weather keeping us from running as much as weโ€™d like, but our runners have still been out there racing.

From different parts of the Philippines to all the way in Sydney, congratulations to everyone who has represented the gang so far this month.

Big congratulations to Tricia Roque for earning a podium in her hybrid race and to แœ€แœแœ”แœ‘แœ’แœ‡แœ” for a podium finish at Spartan Trail.

Rain or shine, the gang keeps showing up. Congratulations to all our August racers so far! ๐Ÿ–๏ธ
