We are an independent Pokemon Go community group situated in BGC with the aim of making sure that Pokemon Go is being enjoyed by everyone in the community be it players from BGC or members outside our community 🎉
⭐Be Respectful⭐
Generally maintain discussions on Pokémon Go. Do not spam, discuss sensitive issues, post sensitive photos, nor cause drama.
Directly message the Admins regarding any violations on the above should anything cause feelings of being disrespected, unsafe, and/or bullied so we can take appropriate actions. The Admins reserve the right to warn, suspend, or dismiss members with untoward behavior.
⭐Documentation Procedures to Qualify for Codes⭐
Please still feel free to join us even if unqualified or don’t wish to qualify for offer codes! Event participants who wish to qualify for offer codes MUST be documented on-site. Be part of the BGC Team Messenger Chat Group. New members may join and edit their nickname to their Pokémon Go in-game name and Campfire name (if different from PoGo name). Their personal nickname, emoji team color, level, and friend code may optionally be included.
3. To ensure qualified accounts, complete the BGC Team Event Attendance Form with Messenger name, in-game name, and Campfire name. This form will open at the start of the event and close one hour after the end of the event.
4. Arrive at least 5 minutes early before the Pokémon event to join the first picture-taking by a Team support member. Please make sure you are visible in the photo. During Event

2. Latecomers only have a 15-minute grace period to be qualified for prizes. If you were unable to be included in the first official Team event photo, you must upload a photo of yourself taken with the BGC Team during the event to qualify. Admin and support will NOT be held accountable for photo documentation of latecomers.
3. Contest winners, if any, must (1) upload their contest entries to the Team chat and (2) be verified by admin through picture-taking showing their entry Pokemon showing IV’s, catch date, and location. After Event

⭐ Raiding ⭐
1) Feel free to invite people to raids and message the GC to invite people to join you in raiding. The more the merrier! :D
a) For those looking to invite people to raids always through RRP always message people here first to see who wants to join the raids also send a screenshot of the egg and the gym location. If there are people who wants to join. Always set a Final Time (FT) and create a list so

4. b) For the host in case your game will crash immediately inform people here if you invited people here for a raid. This is for coordination and communication so that those people would know what happened. In case the raid fails the host is obligated to invite the same people he/she invited to try the raid again. he/she can invite other on-the-ground people but it is mandatory to ask the same people he/she invited to the remote raid (the same way int'l raids are conducted through the other remote raid groups). c) For shotgun random invites anything can happen so both the host and the player should be ready for anything (given the number of bugs in the game). If the host suddenly dcs and the player he/she invited is in this group chat immediately notify the person here or through a PM. If the raid fails it is also mandatory to invite the same people he/she asked to remote raid.
⭐ Spoofing ⭐
a) We promote fair gameplay among our players hence, spoofing is not allowed. Any member in the GC caught spoofing or promoting spoofing will be banned from the GC. He/she, however, is still free to attend any in person events.
⭐ Member Guidelines ⭐
1) Everyone should at least join yung in-person events at least once per quarter with the exception for those who are living and working abroad or those who need to return to their provinces for an extended period as hindi naman nila kasalanan that they have to leave. As long as they have a residence in BGC they can always join us naman when they return. This also applies to active guests din in our GC. Regarding Guests
2) Everyone is free to bring a friend/family to the in-person events. However, we won't be adding one time guests sa GC moving forward so that they won't eat up the member space sa GC (dahil may 250 member limit lang per GC). However if guests are consistently joining us sa events we will add them here since part na rin sila sa community. So for a guest to be eligible to join sa GC they have to be consistent in joining our events kahit once a week/month/quarter. For active guests sa GC they can stay pa rin sa chat pero they have to attend na rin at least 1 event per quarter.
3) For active members na magiging inactive sa future, if ever more quiet na sila we admins have to reach out to them if they are planning to be active again soon. If not then we'll have to inform them na we'll remove them muna sa GC and if ever magiging active sila ulit they just need to inform us again tapos we can add them back sa GC. PS: We are still in the middle of our Community Ambassador application. Once confirmed we'll be able to distribute codes and Niantic Merchandise. See you in the next event!
