🏋️♂️ M Fitness Gym PH presents: REP WARS — More Reps, More Glory! 💥
We’re inviting everyone to join our Ber-Month Fitness Event — a fun and exciting way to test your strength, endurance, and consistency!
Participants will complete 4 exercises, performing as many reps as possible within one minute per exercise, with 30 seconds of rest in between. You’ll get one attempt per day, so make each one count!
All exercises and movement standards will be explained by the coaches at the time of participation.
The event runs throughout the Ber months, with a new set of exercises every month from October to December.
💪 Open to everyone — members, walk-ins, and first-timers are all welcome!
🏆 1 Male Champion and 1 Female Champion will each win:
• 1 Year Gym Membership + 20 Free Visits
Push your limits, stay consistent, and climb your way to the top of the leaderboard.
