That, for me, is what sports can truly do. It doesn’t just create champions. Sometimes, it saves lives.

Spending time with these amazing dance athletes reminds me that age is never a reason to stop moving. At 67, I may not dance like them, but I can definitely keep up with the energy, the smiles, and the love for sport. ❤️💃🕺
