Counting down 100 days till IRONMAN Oman 🍇
Day 1 of 100. I’ve been struggling this past two months. Discovered that it must have been peri menopausal symptoms. Now I am aware that sometime what’s in my head might be more chemical than the truth. It has been a whirlwind of struggle with in me. Hoping this countdown helps me keep moving and re-focus on taking care of myself.
