📌Registration Fee: Php 99 only per Member
📌Open Tournament for Los Baños Laguna Players (no age limit, however for players 17 years old and below, parent's consent is required)
📌Mix Team of 5 with atleast 1 female or 1 male player. All female or all male team are not allowed.
📌Only Registered Players are allowed to play.
📌Tournament will be on November 20, 2021 , 11AM

GAME MECHANICS:
📌Make sure to register on the link provided --- https://lokale.com.ph/shop/registration-codm-ultimate-challenge-tournament-2021-los-banos-edition/
📌On the registration link --- make sure to put your Team's Name (No changing! Whatever you put will be the final Team's Name), ID + IGN, FB Link of the Team Representative and copy of ID (school ID or any ID with address will do)
📌For Players under 18 years old, make sure to submit Parent's Consent letter indicating that your parent or guardian is allowing you to join the tournament during the registration to qualify for the CODM Ultimate Challenge.
📌Only Mix Team of 5 from Los Baños Laguna with atleast 1 female and 1 male player will be qualified to join.
📌After successful registration, you will receive a notification via email and FB messenger for the confirmation and updates.
📌The CODM Ultimate Challenge Tournament will open on November 20, 11AM. Schedules of competing teams will be posted 3 days before the tournament.
📌There will be 32 competing teams with 2 brackets elimination rounds before the finals
📌Every team are expected to be on time for their scheduled game
📌Strictly NO Trash Talking during the game, if caught, the team who violated will be automatically disqualified.
📌All games from elimination to the semis will be played non-face to face but will be broadcasted live via FB Page of Virtual Challenge PH.
📌On the Finals, the qualifying teams will be invited for an on-site Ultimate Tournament Battle! Each team should bring their own mobile devices. Only internet connectivity will be provided on site. Safety protocols will also be strictly implemented. The game will also be broadcasted live via FB.
📌The winning team will receive a whooping Php 5,000.00 cash, loot bags and bragging rights as the CODM ULTIMATE CHALLENGE 2021 Winners!
