"TK Divers assisted the Tagkawayan MDRRMO in the ongoing Search and Rescue Operations for two missing individuals after a boat capsized in the waters of Brgy. Balinarin, Guinayangan, Quezon.

According to the initial investigation by Tagkawayan Municipal Station, six people were on board, with four already confirmed safe. Responders from MDRRMO, Tagkawayan MPS, PNP Maritime Group, TK Divers, Bureau of Fire Protection, and barangay officials are actively searching for the missing individuals, both residents of Brgy. San Roque, Tagkawayan. Coordination has also been made with the Philippine Coast Guard stationed in Guinayangan, Quezon.

UPDATE: As of the latest operations, one body has been recovered. Search efforts continue for the remaining missing individual.

Matapos ang 17 taon na ginaganap ang itinuturing na pinakamalaki at pinaka-bonggang motorcycle endurance run, nagdesisyon na ang board ng BMW Owners Society of Safe Riders (BOSS) na itigil ang taunang BOSS Ironman Motorcycle Endurance Challenge dahil sa dumaraming aksidente sa ruta tuwing ito ay ginaganap sa Northern Luzon at Mindanao.

"The realization of the board...it cannot be on the road," pahayag ni BOSS President Joseph Tan sa isinagawang pagdinig ng House Committee on Transportation na pinamumunuan ni Antipolo Rep. Romeo Acop ngayong Huwebes, Hunyo 27.

Isinalang sa imbestigasyon ng House panel ang mga opisyal ng BOSS bunsod ng mga naganap na aksidente sa BIMC 2024 noong Pebrero 23-24 kung saan dalawang inosenteng sibilyan ang nasawi matapos salpukin ng mga participant ng endurance event.

"Wala pong kapalit ang buhay," giit ni Tan.

Bukod sa P600,000 at P400,000 financial assistance na ibinigay ng grupo, nag-alok din ng scholarship ang paumunuan ng BOSS sa pamilya ng dalawang nasawing biktima.

Ito ay matapos ipunto ni 1-Rider party-list Rep. Bonifacio Bosita na ang lahat ng BOSS members ay may kaya sa buhay at nararapat lang na mas malaking tulong ang ipagkaloob nila sa pamilya ng mga namatay dahil sa endurance event na ginaganap sa ordinaryong kalsada.

APRIL 28 , 2024 | Muling nagtungo sa ilalim ng Karagatan ng Bayan ng Tagkawayan ang ilang miyembro ng TK_Divers, Upang muling buhayin at mas pagalingin ang husay ng mga miyembro nito sa pag SCUBA DIVE, Kasabay narin nito ang pamumulot ng basura sa mga coral reefs na nasasakupan ng Bayan ng Tagkawayan.
