The Fifth Sandugo Football Festival 2026, proudly sponsored by the Provincial Government of Bohol under the Sandugo Tigi, is a premier grassroots football event designed to promote youth development, sportsmanship, and excellence in football. To ensure age-appropriate competition, the tournament will feature a 7 & Under category played in a 5v5 format without a goalkeeper, maximizing player involvement and technical development. The 9 & Under and all higher age-group categories will be played in an 8v8 format with a goalkeeper, using the standard youth goal measuring 16 feet wide by 7 feet high (16' ร 7' or 4.88 m ร 2.13 m).
To maintain a high-quality tournament experience, the organizers will accommodate only sixteen (16) teams per category, with slots allocated on a first-confirmed, first-served basis. This limited number of participants ensures an efficient competition schedule, quality match experience, and excellent event management for all teams. With the full support of the Province of Bohol Regional Football Association, whose technical expertise and commitment to football development will help ensure the successful conduct of the tournament, the Sandugo Football Festival 2026 promises to be a memorable celebration of football, friendship, and unity while further strengthening Bohol's standing as a premier destination for grassroots football in the Philippines.
