One day. One community. One soulful experience. ✨
Join us this June 7, 2026 for a full day of yoga, movement, healing, music, and wellness here in Cavite! 🧘‍♀️💚

From Mandala Flow, Dance Flow, Vinyasa, Gentle Class, Power Yoga, to Healing Yoga with Sound Bath & Reiki there’s a space for every soul to move, breathe, and connect. 🌞

Registration starts at 7:30 AM. Please arrive on time as classes will begin promptly. See you on the mat! 🌿

I don't know where I got my strength to facilitate a workshop after arriving from a 4-hour flight, so I can only credit it to God. My angels woke me up at 4am, and drove 4 hours to arrive on time. Always grateful for the spiritual and earthly support I receive. I am never doing this work alone.

I'm excited that more and more corporate leaders are starting to embrace wellness workshops as part of boosting their team's morale.

It's common in Western countries, but we're still very traditional in the Philippines. After the pandemic, I feel we are starting to see the importance of paying closer attention to the individual and the group's mental and emotional health.

Active activities are great, but we also need to balance them with more intentional ones. I see more and more people struggling with sitting still. It's easier to do push-ups than to sit and just breathe.

Sitting still, meditation, yoga, and breathwork are actually internally active. We aprocess a lot that are unseen but can be life-changing for many. Although in this workshop, we also danced!!! 💃🏻💃🏻🪘🥁

In a time where there is chaos around us, please remember, you don't have to take this all on.

If your own mental health is in disarray, if your own inner world is noisy, and your own life is a mess, you don't need to take on the chaos of the world.

Come back to your center.

Whatever you choose to do, however you want to participate in the world, let it come from the quietness of your center.

As someone who has struggled with mental health since childhood, I am mesmerized by the miracle that I am STILL here today.

How was I able to navigate the darkest and most difficult moments in my life, when I could have easily given up?

The article from Time.com, "The Connection between Spirituality and Mental Health", struck me.

Finally, we are talking about this. From my own experience, it wasn't therapy that pulled me out of my darkness. I am Catholic, but it wasn't organized religion that gave me the strength to hold on.

It was my spiritual experience of something greater than me that opened my eyes and awakened me to the exhilarating beauty of life.

I love how Maslow puts it, "Transcendence". That we are meant to experience transcendence.

I don't know if my experience would qualify as transcendent, but to me it felt like that. A fleeting moment defying all logic, but fully immersive as if I were swimming in it.

The fact that I am still here today, able to speak of this is nothing short of a miracle. I walk through life remembering that every moment I am breathing is a miracle.

Everything at this point is a spiritual experience.

I couldn't agree more that our brains are wired to seek spirituality, and to ignore it would be like ignoring a piece of ourselves.
