From PDSF to Batang Pinoy โ so sudden, with only two days left to โrest.โ Actually, can you even call it rest? With damaged nails, sore and tired bodies, and the pressure we all silently felt from those hoping for us โ was it all worth it? The late-night trainings, the last-minute costumes, the endless worries about whether our dancing shoes or costumes met the guidelines, even the unexpected fevers.
Yes, all of it was worth it.
Because nothing compares to seeing the proud faces and hearing the motivating words that made every struggle worth it.
To our coaches and trainors Roldhan Jay Gentison Florendo, Gelo Bautista, Sim Jad Ralph Victorio, Cristy Narcilla, Floro Mers the true cornerstones who refined our movements and shaped us into who we are today โ thank you. The fact that you manage to guide us despite your own busy schedules and responsibilities says so much about your commitment to bring out the best in us. Weโre so proud to say, โCoach namin โyun,โ or โSabihin mo kay Sir if okay lang.โ Youโve taught us that staying humble makes us better athletes, and accepting criticism makes us deserving ones.
To the City Government of Tacurong, headed by Hon. Mayor Lina O. Montilla, PhD, together with City Vice Mayor Atty. Ralen Tabusares Bernardo and the esteemed City Councilors; and to our City Sports Coordinator, Sir Jorjohn Cajandig โ thank you so much for entrusting us with the honor of representing our beloved City of Goodwill.
To our loved ones, who we know are dealing with a lot, thank you for taking the time to visit, watch us perform, and cheer for us. To some, those may seem like simple things, but to us, your cheers mean everything. Knowing there are people willing to go the extra mile just to make sure we feel loved and appreciated is more than enough motivation to keep going and rise again.
To the people behind our hair and makeup Yepyep Mondejar Pamplona & Georgina Eugene Evangelista the ones who made us feel like the prettiest and most
confident dancers in the world โ thank you. Your support, your patience, and the confidence you give us mean more than words can say. From the fun comments like โSana sila ulit mag-makeup sa amin next time!โ or โAng pretty/pogi ko today ah!โ We hope those small words remind you how truly grateful we are for all that you do.
And lastly, to the One behind it allโ๐ป โ thereโs no one we thank more than You. We know that without You, we wouldnโt be where we are today. At every competition, thereโs no one we need more than You. Stepping onto that dance floor will never feel right without a prayer before every step. We dedicate this all to You.
