LECTURE DAY: REINFORCING GYM RULES AND REGULATIONS

Gym rules are designed to prevent injury and maintain a SAFE space for learning. Understanding why a rule exists (e.g., why we bow, why we don't wear jewelry) builds a culture of mutual respect and safety.

Trojan gym formalizes these rules through a lecture to prevent students from starting to get sloppy with their martial arts ex*****on and safety protocols over time.

Several videos about Tae Kwon Rang Do, Modern Aikido and Arnis Sports were shown during lecture day.

Our 5 year old Tae Kwon Rang Do practitioner is learning to manage short attention spans. Structured classes teach them how to follow directions, wait their turn, and sit still when appropriate, which often translates to better concentration in school.

To the dedicated athletes of the Trojan Martial Arts and Sports Academy: your commitment to excellence is nothing short of inspiring. Balancing the intense physical and mental rigor of Arnis Sports—especially after the demands of the EVRAA Meet—with the discipline required to achieve "With High Honors" in your academics proves that you possess the rare, dual-strength of a true warrior-scholar.

The transition back to focused training in Tae Kwon Rang Do and Arnis Sports at the gym is a testament to your resilience. Most students look for an off-season; you have chosen to elevate your standards. By honoring the technical foundations passed down from GrandMaster Romeo M. Sanchez while you continue to sharpen your skills under this new, modern curriculum, you are not merely practicing a sport—you are cultivating a mindset of total excellence that will serve you in every facet of your future.

To maintain academic distinction while simultaneously training as regional-level athletes is a high-wire act that few can master. Wear your academic honors with the same pride you wear your training gear; both are the results of countless hours of invisible work, sacrifice, and the refusal to settle for "average." Keep pushing, keep studying, and keep leading by example.

Tae Kwon Rang Do Classes in their 2nd week of training

When a student chooses to show up and work hard now, they are moving beyond curiosity and into the early stages of discipline. They are beginning to realize that improvement requires showing up even when the muscles are sore and the techniques aren't yet perfect.

Train with us. Accepting 18 and above students who want/ can blend in a mixed group😊
