Most parents hate seeing it.

It's actually one of the better signs in youth football.

It shows your child can adapt.

Not just technically, but mentally.

The kid who can say "I'm not in my favourite spot today but I can still help the team win" is building something most players never develop.

& playing different positions over time builds incredible game intelligence.

They learn what every role requires.

They see the full picture of the game.

Then there's the part nobody thinks about...

At 18 or 19, trying to break into a first team, an injury opens up in a different position.

The versatile player gets that opportunity.
