This is an UNORGANIZED Day Hike. If you've joined hikes and trail running before (official or unofficial) you are welcome! Pass muna po kami sa mga Newbies without running or hiking experience since this also serves as training for our TKM brothers and sisters who will be joining major events the next few months.

Please bring the following:
MONEY
Personal Hiking Gears (Gloves, etc)
Hydration
First Aid Kits
Trail Foods
GARBAGE BAG (Linis tayo habang kumakarga)

12 YEARS, PERO MASAKIT PA RIN ANG BINTI 😂

Team Kapulikat Multisports — 12 YEARS STRONG!

12 years ng takbo.
12 years ng determinasyon.
12 years ng pawis.
12 years ng “last na ‘to” pero may next race pa rin. 😂

Mula sa “easy run lang” hanggang sa may race kit, hydration vest, carbon shoes at kung anu-anong gamit na hindi naman talaga kailangan. 🤣

Sa bawat “Sama ka?”, may “Oo!”
Sa bawat “Kaya pa?”, may “Kaya pa!”
At sa bawat “5K lang naman,” bakit parang 21K na naman?! 😂

Pero higit sa medals, mileage, at PRs—
12 years of friendship, kapatid na turingan, at samahang hindi tinatapos ng pagod.

This year, we celebrate our anniversary with another meaningful way.

Our STEPS FOR LOVE charity run is dedicated to Allysa Jean, the wife of our teammate, who is courageously battling Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5.
