The United Basketball League – Mindanao Basketball Referees Association (UBL-MBRA) is inviting aspiring referees and table officials to join the Referees/Table Officials Accreditation and Licensing Program, which includes a Clinic-Seminar Organizational Forum and FIBA Official Basketball Rules Refresher Course & Orientation.
