DISIPLINA AT SEGURIDAD: Karatedo Self-Defense Training para sa ROTC 🥋🛡️

​Noong nakaraang February 15, 2026, matagumpay na naisagawa ang isang special training session sa Sorsogon State University (SorSU) Covered Court. Sa pangunguna ng OSC SORSU KARATEDO, ibinahagi ang mga pangunahing kaalaman sa Karatedo self-defense sa ating mga masigasig na ROTC unit.

​Layunin ng aktibidad na ito na hindi lamang hasain ang pisikal na lakas ng ating matitikas na ROTC unit sa pamantasan, kundi pati na rin ang kanilang mental na katatagan at kahandaan sa anumang oras ng pangangailangan.

​Maraming salamat sa lahat ng nakiisa! Oss! 👊🔥

DISIPLINA. TAPANG. KARAKTER: Maging Bahagi ng OSC-SORSU KARATEDO Club! 🥋

Para sa mga mag-aaral sa Pamantasan ng Pamahalaan ng Sorsogon, ang OSC-SORSU KARATEDO ay malugod na nag-aanyaya sa mga nagnanais maging bahagi ng aming organisasyon. Layunin naming hubugin ang bawat miyembro sa pamamagitan ng mga sumusunod na haligi:

•Pagkatuto ng mga teknikal na kasanayan para sa kaligtasan.
•Paglinang ng kakayahang mamuno nang may integridad.
•Pagpapatibay ng disiplina at wastong asal.

Maging bahagi ng aming pamilya at simulan ang iyong paglalakbay tungo sa mas malakas na ikaw! 🎯. Ito ay isang lugar kung saan hindi lang lakas ang natututuhan, kundi pati na rin ang disiplina at pagpapahalaga sa sarili.💪🏻

𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴, 𝘥𝘰𝘶𝘣𝘵𝘴, 𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴, 𝘢𝘵 𝘬𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘰 𝘱𝘢. Pag-usapan natin ’yan sa SorSU Peer Kumustahan 2025. Because here, we ALWAYS listen, and NEVER ever judge.

The Peer Kumustahan this year will be held at the SorSU Main Campus and also at the Baribag Extension. We will soon announce the date and the exact venues. Pero bago ang lahat, let’s first tackle the question: 𝗔𝗻𝗼 𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗯𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻?

Peer Kamustahan is a program specially created for the SorSU students to extend emotional and psychological support through a “kumustahan” (reaching out) session wherein students will be offered one-on-one or group sessions by the university counselors and other trained peer facilitators.

And this year, the Peer Kumustahan will include a special seminar titled “𝗞𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗞𝗼 ‘𝗧𝗼𝗵: 𝗔 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺𝘀.”

This activity was also conducted last year, and many students joined us. This year, we’re hoping you’ll be part of it again. Tara, pag-usapan natin ’yan, see you soon at the SorSU Peer Kumustahan!
