With heavy hearts—the Performing Arts Ensemble extends our deepest condolences to the family and the loved ones of our very own “Kuya Pando”, who peacefully passed away on March 7, 2026.

Kuya Pando will always be remembered for the kindness, warmth, and spirit he shared with our dance family. We stand with his family in prayer and support, hoping they find strength and comfort in the beautiful memories he leaves behind.

‎𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐄 𝐃𝐄 𝐕𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐘𝐓𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 🎭

On February 19, 2026, a celebration of color, culture, and creativity unfolded at the Cultural Grounds of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture as Arte De Varayte 2026 gathered the university community for a vibrant tribute to the arts. Guided by the theme “𝘈𝘯𝘪 𝘯𝘨 𝘚𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨: 𝘒𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘵 𝘎𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨,” the event became a meaningful space where stories were told through music, movement, and performances.

The 𝗖𝗕𝗦𝗨𝗔–𝗦𝗶𝗽𝗼𝗰𝗼𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲 captivated the audience with powerful contemporary pieces that blended grace, strength, and raw emotion. Every movement spoke volumes, turning choreography into storytelling. The performance reached its peak with a kilig-powered finale that sparked cheers, smiles, and applause leaving hearts full and reminding everyone that through dance, we connect, inspire, and celebrate the soul of the arts.

With heartfelt gratitude, the ensemble extends a sincere thank you to our creative director, choreographer, and adviser, 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕. 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗮 𝗝𝗿., for his unwavering guidance, wisdom, and dedication. Your knowledge, patience, and passion continue to shape us into better performers and artists, inspiring us to move with purpose and perform with heart.

𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐘 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐄'𝐒 𝐃𝐀𝐘, 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐍𝐒! 💘

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝟯𝗛: 𝗠𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵, 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 marked the official kickoff of the Valentine’s Celebration of the College of Education and Laboratory High School today, February 13, 2026, at the Campus Cultural Hall of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture–Sipocot. Guided by the theme “𝘚𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘚𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘧 𝘓𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘑𝘰𝘺,” the event opened with the Performing Arts Ensemble confidently taking center stage and setting the tone for a celebration filled with warmth and excitement.

With a heartfelt and solemn doxology, they grounded the program in gratitude and unity.

As the intermission began, the energy shifted into full Valentine’s mode, high school vibes, undeniable kilig power, and performances bursting with charm and passion. Every move, every smile, and every beat echoed the true essence of Project 3H: to share, spread, and bring love and joy.

And of course, none of this would be possible without our creative director, choreographer, and adviser, 𝗦𝗶𝗿. 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕. 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗮 𝗝𝗿. Thank you for your unwavering guidance, creativity, and for always pushing us to give our very best. Your passion inspires us, your standards challenge us, and your heart reminds us why we love what we do.

- Dancers should be composed of a minimum of 4 pairs and a maximum of 5 pairs which could be all males, all females or a combination of both.

CONTEMPORARY DANCE

- The theme of the Contemporary Dance for this year is "Greatest Heartbreak".
- A maximum of ten (10) and a minimum of six (6) dancers are allowed to participate.

MODERN DANCE

- Music to be used must be OPM songs only, regardless of genre or dance style. Any group that violates this rule will be automatically disqualified.
- The contest piece must be three (3) minutes but not more than five (5) minutes.
- A maximum of ten (10) and a minimum of six (6) dancers are allowed to participate.
