Game Schedule!
All matches will begin on the dates and times listed below..

⏰ Be prepared and present atleast 30 minutes before your scheduled match time..

To ensure fairness and keep the event on schedule, the following default rule will be enforced:

>All participants must be ready and present at the match area at the scheduled start time.
>If a participant/team is not present or ready within 5 minutes after the scheduled match start time:
>The opponent will be awarded a default win.
>The absent participant/team will be recorded as default loss.
>No exceptions will be made unless there is a verified emergency and confirmed by tournament officials.

⚠️ Example:
Scheduled start time: 2:00 PM
Latest allowable arrival: 2:05PM
If Participant A fails to show by 2:05PM → Participant B wins by default.

Match Format
• Matches will follow standard pickleball rules unless stated otherwise.
• Preliminary rounds may be conducted in a round-robin or pool-play format, depending on the number of entries.
• Advancement to elimination rounds will be based on standings after preliminary matches.

Advancement to Quarterfinals
Advancing players/teams will be determined as follows:
• Men’s Beginner: Top 1 advances to the Quarterfinals
• Men’s Intermediate: Top 2 advance to the Quarterfinals
• Women’s Beginner: Top 2 advance to the Quarterfinals
• Mixed Intermediate: Top 2 advance to the Quarterfinals
Standings will be based on win–loss record. Ties will be broken using point differential or head-to-head results.

Elimination Rounds & Scoring
All elimination matches will be played as single games with the following scoring format:
• Elimination Games / Quarterfinals: Race to 11 points
• Semifinals: Race to 15 points
• Finals: Race to 21 points
(Standard win-by-2 rule applies unless otherwise announced.)

Default Waiting Time
• Players/teams are given a 5-minute default waiting time for scheduled matches.
• Failure to report within the waiting time may result in a default loss at the discretion of tournament officials.

Seeding & Bracket Play
• Quarterfinal matchups will be seeded based on preliminary round rankings.
• Single-elimination format will be used from the Quarterfinals onward.
