Southpointe Dance Institute

Southpointe Dance Institute The 1st dance school in the Philippines to be affiliated with the American Ballet Theatre Training Curriculum. Southpointe was born in the summer of 2010.

With ideals of introducing dance in a growing young community, we set out to open our doors offering Classical Ballet and Braindance, a creative movement class for toddlers. We had 16 young, spirited students. Who are we? A family who loves to dance and is passionate to share it, from a simple studio home with big dreams for the future. We presently offer Classical Ballet (Baby, Primary, 1, 2, 2A)

, Hip-Hop, Polynesian/Hula, and Progressive Ballet Technique classes, headed by professional instructors that value the art of dance and value good nurturing instruction. Our main goal: to introduce dance and foster community ties united by common talents and an appreciation of the arts. Our vision: to become a world-class venue in producing well-rounded, quality dancers who wish to pursue a career in the performing arts and share their talents.

BEYOND THE MIDNIGHT BELL at Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium, RCBC Plaza | March 22, 2026

We are still beaming with pride following the success of “Beyond the Midnight Bell.” Celebrating 15 years of dance with this incredible community was the perfect finale to our 2025-2026 season.

We often think of the midnight bell as an ending—a moment where the magic fades. But through this production, we saw that the stroke of midnight was not a conclusion, but the dawn of a new beginning that promises even greater wonders.

The curtain has closed, but we dream beyond the midnight bell. Thank you for being part of our first fifteen years. The best is yet to come! 🩵
