We may not have been blessed with victory this season, but our hearts are full of gratitude and pride. Being part of the very first Governor’s Cup Volleyball Season 1 is already a big win for us because for the first time, Team Sevilla was given the chance to represent our Municipality and play the game we love. 💚🏐
Behind every serve, spike, and game we played was the love and support of many people who believed in us. Despite the limited budget from our LGU, we saw how everyone still did their best to help and encourage our team and for that, we are forever thankful.
Our sincerest thanks to Mayor Junin Caberte, for your personal financial support that helped us complete our uniforms, for allowing us to use the LGU vehicle, and for approving our request to join the Governor’s Cup. This is the first time our team has been given such recognition, and we deeply appreciate your kindness and support.
To Vice Mayor Juliet Dano, thank you so much for your generosity and for always having an open heart. With just one call, you responded when we needed help completing our payment for the second set of jerseys. Your goodness and compassion truly inspired our team.
To SB Richard Bucag, we are so thankful for your constant presence and care. From our first game to the very last, you never left our side. You were always there to guide us, cheer for us, and even provide food and other needs your support meant more than words can say.
To SB Marie Karen Joy Digal Asoy, thank you for always being the one we can rely on. During trainings, you were the first person we called whenever we needed water, food, or any kind of help. You always made sure we were taken care of, and your thoughtfulness touched our hearts.
To our Coach, thank you for your patience, dedication, and for believing in us until the very end.
To our LYDO, Mr. Tiburcio Cutin, thank you for your support, motivation, and guidance throughout this journey.
