From casual gym goer to lifting with direction, the fitness journey of businessman and bikeshop owner (Chucky's Bikeshop) Hombrebueno Chucky Caparas is a motivation and a wake up call for every individual that has no time for fitness.

"Busy ako, walang time" is never a reason for him and his family. And the progress he made so far is a testament for his hardwork in and outside the gym.

A daily reminder to myself, every morning, every night before I go to bed and every time I doubt myself. Yes, everyone can be a coach. But not everyone has the gift to change lives.

Just to add, not everyone can be a champion fitness athlete, an amateur fighter (boxing, MMA and kickboxing), a degree holder from SBU, a loyal partner to a 4x bikini fitness overall champion, a loving father to a beautiful athletic football MVP daughter and a man who prays while driving - Like me😁

CLIENT UPDATE‼

One of the OG clients when I started doing freelance coaching early this year. When I saw him inside the gym with his office mates giving his best on every lift or exercises they felt like doing my initial reaction was:
"kailangan mapapayag ko mag enroll yung group na ito, especially this guy"

Luckily, they approached me (3 days after 😅) and the rest was history. Sir Joshua lost so much weight without exaggerating his meal plan and by just following all the protocols given. And his other friends?
Sir Christian is now buffer✅
Sir BJ is now leaner✅
Mam Donita has grew her 🍑

But again, to sir Joshua: thank you for trusting me and Jen 7 months ago. You sir is a PROOF that we really deliver what we promise. And to your bashers and haters: MAG GYM MUNA KAYO🤪

PS: I made a bet with someone back then that you will stick with my coaching and I can bring the scale down and make you healthier. About time na singilin ko na siya - THANK YOU😍
